It was registered on 19th November 2019 as a limited company named ZMK Associates Limited (known as “ZMK”), registration number C-157158/2019, dated 19th November 2019, by a team of dynamic professionals.
ZMK Associates Limited boasts a team of professionals and support staff, including Fellow Chartered Secretary, ITP, LL.B, LL.M, MBA, ICMA part qualified and VAT Consultant to provide comprehensive services.
Mr. Zafar is an experienced professional with over two decades of experience in various fields, including Company Secretarial, Commercial, Accounting, Financial Services, and Income Tax & VAT Management. He has worked with both local and multinational companies in Bangladesh, handling tasks such as Company secretarial, Accounting, Audit, HR, Income Tax, and VAT.
In his most recent role was as a Vice President at Ahmed Mashuque & Co., Chartered Accountants, he focused on consultancy for the last two decades.
